The house is situated in a quiet residential area on Fort Myers Beach, less than 300 yards from the white, sandy beach of the warm Gulf waters.
Standing on stilts, with a car port below, the house is fully furnished and equipped to accommodate eight guests....
With Golf Courses, Fishing, Boating, Parks, and the Fort Myers Beach Pool all nearby, we are sure that our spacious home will fulfill all of your vacation needs.
For Nature enthusiasts, Fort Myers Beach offers the Matanzas Pass Wilderness Preserve and the Lovers' Key State Recreation Center.
This detached house, with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, consists of 1,400 squre feet of living area, and is situated in a quiet residential area on Fort Myers Beach, Estero Island, less than three hundred yards from the white sandy beach of the warm Gulf waters.
It is fully air-conditioned with heating available should this ever be necessary. Ample bed linen and towels are provided.
Rental of the home is fully inclusive of electricity, water and garbage collection. There is a telephone in the living room. All local calls, including emergency services (911), are free. Long distance and International calls can be made using your charge card. There is no restriction or charge for incoming calls.
Also included is a house-membership to the Fort Myers Beach Pool. This very modern facility has a large pool for adults and a kiddie area with slides for your children to enjoy!

Rental Notes
There is availability from the 11th December thereon at a Rent of £500 per week extending into 2009. Pricing schedule reverts to the lower Rent from the 1st of May 2009.
A four day Rental would incur a 4% increase over a pro rata amount, i.e. a weekly £500 Rent would be £300 for four days. All pricing is for two persons. Extra adults are charged £50 per week and children £25 per week.
Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior
Refundable security deposit - £100
