A short walk takes you to the heart of Nice and there is access to public street parking directly in front of the building. There is also excellent public transportation that stops directly in front of the building itself and a five minute ride will whisk you into Old Town, or the famous Cours des Saleys outdoor market, or the fine shopping district of Nice. The apartment itself is large, roomy and very bright, having been completely redone in March of 2006. It offer a double size bed, plus a double size divan sofa bed and the option of a baby cot should it be required. It is fully air conditioned and has a separate kitchen, with cooker, stove, micrwave, fridge, washing machine and all the kitchen implements for preparing meals at home. It has a new bathroom with large shower, and a seprate toilet.
