This beautiful spacious 5-bedroom 3-bathroom holiday villa can accommodate up to 12 people, is located on a generous cul-de-sac plot (not overlooked) just minutes from Disney and other attractions such as Seaworld and Universal Studios, and is privately owned.
You and your family will enjoy your own private 30ft x 15ft heated and screened pool with large deck area, patio tables, chairs and sun loungers.
This beautiful home is professionally managed and extremely well furnished with everything you could want to make your stay comfortable and ‘home from home’. A fully fitted kitchen with all appliances that one could need, and a separate utility room with washer and dryer.
All bedrooms are of a generous size with fitted cupboards. The master bedroom, which looks out onto the pool, has a very large full en-suite bathroom. A further double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and WC, with access to the pool area. The other three bedrooms have twin beds – two of these rooms having an adjacent bathroom.
There are plenty of towels (bathroom and pool) and sheets for your use, and a hairdryer is provided.
This home is situated in the prestigious Greater Groves community, which incorporates free tennis courts, children’s play area and communal pool. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and central Florida’s finest golf courses are all nearby.
