Luxury 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4 + 1 infant on request) with stunning panoramic views over the sea & surrounding countryside (the best on the Costa Blanca), adjacent to 2 award-winning infinity pools, & only a few mins to 3 beaches, restaurants/bars, & Moraira.
Situated on the most easterly point of the Iberian peninsula in an area of extraordinary beauty untouched by mass tourism, Cumbre del Sol is a well-established area adjoining the Grenadella National Park. It consists of private villas and green spaces, and is surrounded by the intense blue of the Mediterranean Sea on three sides. Adjacent to the apartment are two beautiful, award- winning "infinity" swimming pools, both with glorious views over the sea, and for exclusive use by residents and guests of the Pueblo Panorama community.
Numerous sandy beaches, a huge choice of restaurants, shops/supermarkets/banks, and three golf courses are all within a few minutes drive. The pretty seaside town of Moraira is 10 mins drive, the larger resort of Javea is 20 mins drive. Further afield, Benidorm is 45 mins drive, and Valencia is 1 hour's drive. Inland, the Jalon Valley, with its spectacular scenery and unspoilt Spanish villages are less than half-an-hour's drive. Both Alicante and Valencia airports are 1 hour's drive.
Pueblo Panorama is a group of penthouse-style apartments located at the very highest point of Cumbre del Sol. Built into the hillside in clusters of 6 on three staggered levels, the apartment has the most breath-taking, uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding countryside as far as the eye can see - undoubtedly, the BEST VIEWS on the Costa Blanca. Peace reigns supreme here. Almost nothing disturbs the tranquillity, apart from the sound of birds riding high on the thermals above you, and maybe an occasional car slowly winding its way around a mountain road below.
The apartment is suitable for couples, families of up to 4 people (+ 1 infant on request), and groups of friends looking for a peaceful and stunning setting, yet near to all amenities.
We are happy to accept bookings for part-weeks (subject to a minimum of 7 days), the extra days being charged pro-rata, and arrival/departure days are flexible.
SMOKING is not permitted inside the apartment, but allowed on the terrace.
SUN TERRACE: Large (7m x 3m) south-facing private terrace, with dining table, 4 chairs, parasol, drinks table, & 4 sunbeds, and has the benefit of the sun all day. The VIEWS from the terrace over the sea & surrounding countryside are breathtaking and, at night, the terrace provides a wonderful and romantic setting in which to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or dine al-fresco under the stars. UNDOUBTEDLY, THE BEST VIEWS ON THE COSTA BLANCA!

PARKING BAY: Situated on the access road adjacent to the steps down to the apartment.
SERVICES: The apartment is immaculately maintained and fully serviced before each arrival. Towels/bed linen provided with weekly change (please bring your own beach towels).
INFORMATION: There is a book in the apartment, offering guests things to do, places to visit and where to eat.
COT/HIGH CHAIR/Z-BED can be provided on request at a small extra charge payable locally.
ENGLISH-SPEAKING REP available locally.
NEAREST AIRPORTS: 1 hour's easy drive from Alicante or Valencia airports. Full "door-to-door" driving instructions will be provided.
CAR HIRE ESSENTIAL: Available online from both airports.
WELCOME PACKS: Available upon request.
FLEXIBLE CHANGEOVER DAY: Arrival time is 4pm or later, and please vacate by 10am on departure day.

Rental Notes
RENTAL RATES (Column 1) are for 3/4 PERSON occupancy.
RENTAL RATES (Column 2) are for 1/2 PERSON occupancy.
PRICES shown are for up to 2 people or 3-4 people and are inclusive of cleaning before & after your stay, water, gas, electricity, towels and bed linen with weekly change.
25% of total cost is payable on booking (which must be paid in GB£), and the balance becomes due 8 weeks before departure. We can accept the balance payment in GB£ or euros.
In addition, there is £100 security deposit (payable with the balance), which is refunded within 14 days of your return home, provided no major breakages or losses have been incurred, and we are in receipt of the keys.
The total cost plus security deposit will be payable on bookings made within 8 weeks of departure.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or cheque. PayPal also accepted, but will incur extra charges.
We are happy to accept part-week bookings (subject to a minimum of 7 days), extra days will be charged pro-rata, and arrival/departure days are flexible.
