Completed in September 2005, the villa is fully furnished to ‘gold’ standard. The 4 bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and can sleep up to a total of 8 people. There is also a sofa bed which could sleep a further 2 people if required.
The family room has comfortable seating and is equipped with cable TV, Video, DVD, Hi-fi and Playstation 2 with games. From the family room the large pool deck area is accessed via patio doors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave oven, waste disposal, large fridge freezer and all necessary utensils. Next to the kitchen is the utility room which has a washing machine and dryer.
The dining area has seating for 8, 6 at the dining table and 2 at the adjacent breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite facilities, a walk in wardrobe, telephone and alarm clock/radio. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to the pool area.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and also has access to the pool area via patio doors.
The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have TV’s. The second bathroom is adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3.
There is a screened swimming pool with spa, child safety fence, an extended sun deck and patio furniture.
