Venetian Bay Village is a Gated Resort Community with a Private Lake, a Recreation/Fitness Center, 4 Pools, Playgrounds, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Basketball, Picnic Areas, a Game Room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines and a children’s movie theater - onsite. There is a Business Center with wireless high-speed Internet, computers and printers for guest use and an On-Site Car Wash facility.
Our 1470 sq. ft. Townhouse includes a main floor bedroom (handicap accessible) with a King size bed, a private bath/Jacuzzi, a TV and DVD. The Living area has a cable TV, VCR, sofas (one sofa pulls out for a Full size sleeper bed) and a slider door to outside wrap-around covered porch. The Dining area and Kitchen are fully supplied with appliances, dishes and all eating/cooking utensils, a Washer and Dryer (free for guest use) and everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal or to enjoy take-out from one of the local restaurants.
the Upper level has three bedrooms. The Main upper bedroom has a TV, a Queen size bed, dressers and includes a private bath. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds each, TV’s and dressers. One of these rooms has the PS@ gaming system for your kids to enjoy their own games or to watch DVDs. An additional Bathroom is located on this upper level.
The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations, wood furniture and all the kitchen, sleeping and cooking materials you may need to eat in or if you choose to eat at a restaurant or take back from one of the many take-out places, the famous Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway) is 1 block away. The community is located blocks away from a “Super Wal-Mart Center”, “Super Target Shopping Center” and “BJ’s” store.
We are close to all Walt Disney Parks, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, Gatorland Park, Medieval Times Dinner Theater and many other Orlando attractions.
We are located between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/W.Vine Street) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all Orlando attractions.
