Barbeque | Activities and Attractions: Located just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, this beach estate is close to scuba diving, charter fishing, parasailing and much more. It is also walking distance from some of the great " beachy" restaurants that the West Coast is famous for, as well as minutes from several five star restaurants.
Area: The home is located in Belleair Shores which is a small private municipality of approximately 50 private residential homes all located on the ocean. Clearwater Beach is approximately 10 miles North. The St. Pete/Clearwater airport is approximately 25 minutes
away and the Tampa International Airport is 40 min away.
Attractions: Busch Gardens is approximately 35 minutes away and Disney and Sea World are 1 hr. 30 min. away. Miniature Golf and other local attractions are within a 10 minute drive. Ruth Eckerd Hall and The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center offer a wide range of musical and theatrical entertainment including the popular “Broadway Series”.
Restaurants: There are many restaurant choices, both fine dining and casual, within minutes of the estate. Bone Fish Grill is a 5 minute drive and many casual, beachy restaurants are equally close. Additional fine dining include many restaurants such as Salt Rock Grill and The Lobster Pot to name a few.
