“Far Far Away” is a 5* luxury home nestled in the exclusive Villa Sol community, with wide, leafy boulevards and large un-crowded lots. Less than 20 minutes from Disney’s doorstep down the Osceola Parkway, it is also conveniently situated only 40 minutes to the east coast beaches, Space Centre (rocket launches should be visible from the property) and Nature Reserves and 90 minutes to the Gulf Coast.
Villa Sol is a gated community, surrounded by conservation areas with plentiful wildlife. World-class East Lake Bass fishing camp is just 10 minutes from the dock at the nearby creek with its boat slip. Aswell as nature trails, there are also Air Boat wildlife excursions through Boggy Creek just 5 minutes drive away. Villa Sol is also located close to dozens of top class golf courses, ideal for playing in the Florida sunshine. The Club House, available to Villa Sol residents only, provides tennis courts, a basketball court, gym, children's playground and community pool.
With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this elegant 2462 sq ft vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 10 guests.“Far Far Away” has a spacious family room with a large screen cable TV, DVD, VCR and Games console - so you can watch your favorite movie, and relax while on holiday, or if you would like some "quiet time" away from the kids, there is a separate formal longe area. A Freecall telephone service means that you can phone anywhere in the world, at any time, to tell your friends and family what a great time you are having at no cost at all.
Stepping out from the family room there is a shaded porch and a private pool deck, with an optionally heated pool and a raised bubbling spa pool looking out over the lake and conservation area. The pool area has a removable safety fence providing added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at “Far Far Away” includes two master bedroom suites, the first with a sleep-soft King-size bed, private access to the pool deck, clock/radio/alarm, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, walk-in closet space, and a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, walk-in shower, roman-style tub and toilet. The second master has a queen-size bed, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, closet space, and shares a family bathroom with the twin bedrooms. There are a further 2 bedrooms, one a themed Mickey room, each with 2 twin beds, dresser with cable TV and DVD players and closet space. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted in to a queen-size sleeper, giving additional flexibility for up to 10 guests.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to prepare a family feast including a drinks and ice dispenser in the fridge, a juicer, coffee machine and toaster. There is a local shop conveniently located just 5 minutes walk away or major supermarkets can be found easily en route to Disney.
Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the Property.
Cots, highchairs and Barbeques may be hired at an additional cost.
