The prestigious 4* Regal Palms Resort and Spa is a private gated resort only 8 miles from Disney World.
When staying in our home you wil enjoy unlimited access to the new private club and leisure facilities that the resort boasts.
The clubhouse features a restaurant and bar showing major live sporting events including British football, business centre with internet facilities and games room.
A further building houses a gym with a sauna, steam room and indoor hot tub. The Spa has a range of beauty treatments available for those wishing to be pampered.
The private grounds feature an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool complex that has two heated pools, lazy river, zero entry pool, out door hot tub, waterfalls and waterslide, a central island, extensive sun decks, tikki bar and barbecue area.
There is also a childrens play area, daily entertainment for the children and tennis court.
Adjacent to the resort is the prestigious 18 hole, 72 par Championship golf course rated ***1/2 by Golf Digests places to play.
Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is ideally situated in a quiet location but only a couple of minutes walk from the reception/clubhouse. It is fully equipped with all the usual home comforts to make your stay as pleasurable and stress free as possible.
Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, en suite with large bath and shower, balcony with table and chairs, cable tv and walk in wardrobe
Master bedroom 2 has a queensize bed, ensuite with shower, wardrobe and cable tv.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located upstairs with twin single beds in each and share the third bathroom both rooms also have cable tv.
A washroom is located downstairs with toilet.
The Living/Dinning is a spacious area with patio doors leading outside. The living room has two sofas one being a sofa bed, cable tv, dvd player, radio/cd player and telephone.
Our home is fully air conditioned with additional room fans
A room safe is also available for your valuables.
Brick paved driveway for parking 2 cars, lawned areas surrounding the house with patio area at the rear
Complimentary newspapers are available daily from reception.
There is a newly opened shopping complex a couple of minutes walk from the resort which includes a Publix Supermarket, 3 banks, an Applebees restaurant and various food outlets. A short drive away will bring you to a large Wal-Mart Supercentre
