The property comprises an airy lounge/dining room with TV and radio. Breakfast bar to fully equipped kitchen includes gas/electric hob unit, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and is of course fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. In the separate utility room are the hot water boiler and automatic washing machine.
The two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both have fitted hanging wardrobes and a modern bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, WC and Bidet. Bed linen including blankets, pillows, towels and tea towels are provided, but please take your own beach towels with you. Guests are requested to refrain from taking any towels from the apartment to the beach or Pool.

If you fancy a meal out, there is an area called 'The Strip',only a few minutes from the apartment, where the majority of the restaurants and bars are situated.
Within just a short walking distance is the beautiful beach of Mil Palmeras.
For those of you who enjoy lazing round the poolside, the Olympia Bar & Restaurant with it’s beautifully kept pool and grounds can be found a mere 5 mins walk away from the apartment. A small fee is charged for use of facilities.
Pueblo Latino is approx 20 mins walk from the apartment. This is a spanish square, frequented by the locals, with many bars, shops and restaurants around a lovely square.
There are several excellent Golf Courses within a short drive away.
