The Costa Blanca is justly famous for blue sky’s, beautiful white sandy beaches and superb sports facilities, particularly, golf. Our townhouse is next to the Villamartin golf course, which has hosted the Mediterranean Golf Open. The Villamartin Complex is lively and consists of many international cuisine restaurants and wide variety of bars looking onto a lovely plaza. This is a great place to spend an evening. There are also two other golf courses, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, just 5 minutes drive away. There are many safe sandy beaches in the area which meet EU standards just 5 minutes drive away. La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor and Playa Palmeras with beach bars serving cool drinks , meals and tapas.
The Townhouse is furnished to a high standard including Sky television. Air conditioning keeps the property cool during summer and warm in winter. It has first floor and second floor solariums which provide far reaching views both inland and to the sea.
The house is always cleaned and fitted with clean bed linen before guests arrive. A welcome pack and complementary bottle of wine await your arrival. The keyholder for the property lives nearby and is available to help with any problems and advise you on places to visit etc..
For your safety all windows are double glazed and benefit from external shutters and security grills.
The closest beach La Zenia is 5 minute’s drive and is one of many along the coast line. Cabo Roig has a delightful marina. Torrevieja has its own extensive beach and is the main town. It has many restaurants and bars. The marina there is a very popular place for a lazy lunch. In the evening the town comes alive with bustling market stalls. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing break,busy nightlife, great food, fantastic golf, superb beaches or a bit of everything why not spend some time where the sun shines 300 days a year.
The nearest international airports are Murcia (San Javier) 20km away and Alicante which is 55km away. They are both served by the low cost airlines, Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2 etc.
The nearest railway station is at Torrevieja 5 kilometres away and the nearest motorway junction is La Zenia at 1 kilometre away. We do recommend you hire a car to fully appreciate the area. However, if you prefer we can arrange to pick you up from the airport.
