The villa was designed in Spanish rustic style with all of the comforts of a modern luxury villa. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a private heated pool with safety enclosures to keep young children from entering the pool without adult supervision, central hot & cold air conditioning & a large covered porch with an outdoor kitchen & barbeque area. Your comfort is guaranteed! The villa can sleep up to 10 people so it is perfect for 2 families that want to holiday together. One of the nicest features of the interior of the villa is the spacious great room with double height vaulted ceilings & immense French doors that bring the views to you! You are bound to relax & enjoy with the awe-inspiring views, the heated pool & the peaceful setting. The beach, restaurants and shops are only 5 minutes away, so you have the best of both worlds. Guests have free access to the community sports centre with communal pool, children’s pool, playground, tennis, table tennis, foot ball pitch and basketball hoop. This area is only a 3 minute walk away. Come enjoy a perfect holiday.

The area enjoys a sub-tropical climate, with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in winter & 25 degrees in summer, allowing for year round enjoyment of the great outdoors.
Within a 3 minute walk of the villa is a large community pool, children’s pool, play ground, tennis court, table tennis, football pitch and basketball hoop. Our guests have unlimited, free use of these facilities. This is a great way to keep your children entertained, especially in summer and over bank holidays, when there are other children there.
For those who want some pampering, we can arrange for a massage therapist to come to the villa and there is a day spa 10 minutes away.
