Description

"Casa le Querce", built in 1892, has been completely and tastfully restored and has two well-equipped, comfortable and stylishly furnished apartments, each with its own entrance and terrace.
A spacious and delightful garden has been created to provide several outside sitting areas, perfect for enjoying peace and quiet.
From the grounds surrounding the house, one enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of fields, vineyards, olive trees, the medieval villages of Panicale and Paciano, and an enchanting valley stretching towards Lake Trasimeno and the Apennine Mountains.
The splendit view of the surrounding can also be enjoyed from our swimming pool, built on a lower terrace.
A part of the house is occupied by a friendly owner-couple, who are happy to give you tips for trips, book restaurants and help you with everything you need.

Apartment Cantagallina I:
(90m2) is suitable for 4-5 people and is situated on the ground floor. It consists of a large living room with dining area, open fireplace, full kitchen, one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with two single beds (each with a direct access to a terrace and garden), a spare bed in the living, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, central heating, CD player and satelite-television.

Apartment Cantagallina II:
(45 m2) is suitable for 2 people and is situated on the ground floor. It has a living room, a separate section with a king-size bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, central heating, CD player and satelite-television.

On request we provide a baby-bed.

Option:
The apartments can be connected with eachother, so there would be space for a group of total 6 - 7 people.

Extra Services:
Our guests are welcome to use our organic vegetable & herbal garden.
On request a professional masseur will come to the house.
We are happy to help you organize your trips around our area, provide you with inside tips of special interest and make reservations for you at restaurants.
We also organize wine-tastings and cooking lessons.
We are pet friendly (female dogs preferred, because of our own male dog "Bobo").
We speak Italian, German, Dutch, English and French.

High season: 650,- July to half September

Prices include bedlinnen, towels, eletricity, gas, wood, use of washingmachine and final cleaning.
For central heating we charge 8,- Euro extra per day.
