The villa is beautifully furnished with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen as well as a laundry room and two-car garage. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Living room/Dining area
There is a comfortable, spacious open plan living room and dining area. The 25" TV has cable as well as a DVD/VCR combo. The telephone can be used for both incoming and outgoing calls - local calls are free but long distance and international calls will require a pre-paid telephone card (available from most supermarkets). There are sofas in the living room and the dining area has a large table with 6 chairs. Patio doors lead in to the pool area.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all the usual appliancies, including fridge, electric stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, teapot, blender and over-the-range microwave. There is also a washer and drying the the utility area.
Pool area
Relax in or around the private 14' x 28' screened pool, which can be heated on request. For families staying with children, all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with an audible alarm.
Master bedroom 1
The first master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large dresser with mirror and a 20" TV. The ensuite bathroom has a bath and stand-up shower as well as its own access to the pool area.
Master bedroom 2
The second master bedroom has a double bed and a large tall dresser. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-up shower.
Bedroom 3
This twin bedroom is decorated to a Disney theme.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom also has twin beds.
Additional bathroom
The third bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
