Your holiday begins as soon as you arrive in the unspoilt resort of Playa Paraiso (Paradise Beach). As you unwind in the luxury and comfort of this newly built and stylishly decorated 2 bed, 2 bathroom beachside townhouse with panoramic views of the sea and mountains, you will know that you’ve made wise choice. The house is situated in a quiet residental area and has, Satellite TV air conditioning, access to a shared swimming pool, safe sandy beaches just 2 minutes walk away and lots of local shops.
The upstairs comprises 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom is complete air conditioner, Satellite TV, double wardrobes, a large balcony allowing for sea and mountain views; a large bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and vanity unit.
The ground floor boosts a spacious living room that is fully air conditioned. There is a large comfortable 3 seater suite (opening into a double bed) an armchair, Sky satellite TV newly installed, DVD /CD with large selection of films and music. There is also a shower and cloakroom on this floor.
The dining area has an extendable dining table providing seating for up to 6 people. The kitchen is separate. It is fully equipped with electric oven/hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, juicer, toaster and a variety of cookware and utensils.
At the rear of the property is a secluded sunny patio area, ideal for sunbathing or dining alfresco. There is also an outside shower area and free access to a washing machine.
The large swimming pool with an adjoining children’s pool is just around the corner.
La Manga is situated in the warm coast of South-East Spain. It is famously known as a paradise between two seas nestling between the Mediterranean sea on one side and the Mar Menor (Minor sea) on the other. Some parts offer the unusual luxury of panoramic sea views of almost 360 degrees.
The Mar Menor is a vast tranquil lake with a very high level of salt water. This is maintained at a warm temperature by the sun that shines for an average of 320 days each year with temperatures of over 30 degrees centigrade in the summer and an annual average of 18 degrees centigrade. The climate has been recommended by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest environments to live in Europe.
The Mar Menor offers the visitor the largest open-air mud therapy area in Europe and is located in several Mar Menor places. The mud sediments contain a high percentage of minerals which aids circulation, eliminates toxins, aids relaxation and reliefs joint and muscular pain.
Stunning location!! Much loved by the Spanish and only 20min drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport and just over an hour from Alicante airport.
A truly breathtaking get away from it all location. Playa Paraiso meaning Paradise Beach is a paradise for golfing, swimming and all water sports with the beautiful calm waters of the Mar Menor. Located near Calblanque National Park a beautiful protected nature reserve. The historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia are within driving distance of the house. The local area flourishes with typical spanish markets almost daily. English and Spanish restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Supermarkets are also 5 minute walk from house. There is a lovely beach restaurant seconds from the house serving drinks and food all day while you swim and sunbathe. The pretty fishing port of Cabo de Palos is just 5 mins away with its bars, restaurants and large Spanish outdoor Sunday market. Checkout the lighthouse, its amazing!!
During the summer months people come from miles around to experience the night-life of La Manga. Things really come alive in the early hours of the morning and offer an incredible selection of bars and music for those with stamina and no need to be up early the next day.
