The large, south east facing, private ,heated pool has a fantastic conservation lake and woodland view.
This is a beautiful new 5 bedroom , 3 bathroom home.
Our home is furnished to a deluxe quality standard.
This home offers 1800 square feet of space offering you plenty of room to spread out in and relax.
The Great Room features a high ceiling and looks out on to the pool and the lake beyond.A really special view.

This room as with the whole villa is furnished to a "de-luxe" standard.
Furnishings include Sofa, Love Seat, 27" TV, entertainment center.
This special spacious room has a high vaulted ceiling which adds to the feel of space.There is a ceiling fan to add to the ambience.
Dining Room
There is a six seating table and chairs in the Dining Room.
Kitchen
A fully equiped kitchen with all the every day appliances you would expect and need on your vacation.
This is an open plan kitchen fitted with cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer complete with ice maker, and much more...
This area can accommodate an additional 4-6 people at meal times.
Two Master Bedrooms
The first master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling.
The first master bedroom en-suite bathroom has access to the pool area.
Each master bedroom have a King Size Bed,walk in closet, and a separate bathroom.
Each master bedroom is fitted with 19" TV.
Both master bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
Two Twin Bedrooms
Each having twin beds and separate 13" TV's.
Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
The 5th Bedroom
The 5th bedroom is furnished as a Family Room with a 2 bed Sleeping Sofa, 19" TV, Sony Playstation 2.
This will give parents a little bit of space whilst their children enjoy some cable TV or games on the Playstation.
Private Heated Swimming Pool
Our pool faces south east and enjoys a really stunning lakeside and woodland view.The pool area is fully furnished with patio table, 4 chairs and 2 sun lounges.
All access doors to the pool area are fitted with child alarms.
For additional safety for toddlers we have a removable child safety screen to stop young ones wandering in to the pool.

Bookings are secured upon receipt of non refundable deposit (£100/$190 per week). This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of £200/$250 is payable with the final balance. This is refundable once the management company has confirmed that the home has not been damaged.
Pool heat $120 per week.
Stops less than one week are subject to a $95 cleaning charge.
