It is extremely well equipped with many additional extras such as videos, books and additional kitchen and entertaining equipment. There is new individual, remote controlled air conditioning and heating throughout. The property has three terraces; a roof top sun terrace,a large dining terrace with views of the sea and Club to the front with built in barbeque and a rear shady dining terrace with views of the hills and the pool. The villa has views and cooling breezes, but in view of the steps is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Access to the property can be made at ground floor level so luggage and shopping are no problem.
