This beautiful, eight year-old, waterfront home is the perfect getaway. The home includes a formal living room, formal dining room, a kitchen with breakfast nook, and a family room -- all looking out and leading out to the lanai, which has a large electrically heated swimming pool.
There are five sets of eight-foot high sliding glass doors leading to the pool.
The four large bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms each have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
There are two full baths (one is accessible from the pool) and there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The house has central air-conditioning and ceiling fans -- both indoors and on the lanai.
