This new apartment provides luxurious accommodation. The balcony overlooks one of the 4 swimming pools and enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea. The living area is of a good size and with a twin sofa bed it can easily accommodate four people. The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be drawn together to make a double. The kitchen is well stocked and has a breakfast bar with stools.
The complex itself runs adjacent to a 27 hole championship golf course. Some quiet bars and restaurants are less than 100 metres away, whilst the sea and small beach are about 5 minutes walk.
Golf Del Sur is is well situated on the southern coast of Tenerife. The streets are lined with sub-tropical palms and flowering plants which add to the charm of the resort.
Just 10 minutes walk from the apartment is the commercial centre where you will find a picturesque square with good quality restaurants, bars and shops. Many have live entertainment. Golf Del Sur has developed into a clean, friendly and charming resort. You will be greeted warmly and receive good service from all the restaurants and bars.
The fishing village of Los Abrigos is only a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive away. It provides a picturesque harbour and a plethora of tasty yet inexpensive restaurants overlooking the sea. The fish is caught freshly everyday.
Golf Del Sur has one nightclub and a karaoke bar or the nightlife of Playa De Las Americas is only 15 euros away by taxi.
A bus stop is only 5 minutes walk. Buses run directly to Playa De Las Americas, Los Christianos, Los Abrigos and Santa Cruz - all where markets can be found.
A 15% discount is available for those staying at the Ocean Golf and Country Club who want to play golf. Further details of this and how to pre-book tee times can be provided on request.
Only 5 minutes from the apartment is the Intenational Tenerife Bowling Stadium at Winter Gardens that has 8 high standard rinks.
