Can Alegria is a wonderful stylish, spacious (200 sqm) and very well appointed villa located in an exclusive urbanisation, midway between Puerto de Pollenca with its sandy beaches and the delightful old town of Pollenca itself, both of which offer a wide variety of shops, excellent restaurants, tapas-bars and famous art-galleries.
Surrounded by an attractive Mediterranean garden (3000 sqm) with 40 years olf palmtrees, pond, patio for dining "al fresco" and a lovely swimming pool (8 x 4 m) this unusual and tastefully furnished L-shaped property, which consists of a main-house (170 sqm, sleeps 4) and a tower (30 sqm, sleeps 2-3, own entrance) is ideally suited to a group of friends holidaying together or a big family seeking their own space and a little independence.
Open all year, also winter-rental (central-heating).
Max. occupation of the villa is 7 persons (children elder than 2 years included).
A car is recommended.
Private rental direct with the owner.
During high-season(April - October)rental is from Saturday 3.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am.
Minimum rental = 1 week
Early booking is highly recommended.

50 % of the total amount are due on booking, balance six weeks prior arrival. A breakage-/key-deposit of Euro 500 is due in cash on arrival, which will be paid back in total within 2 working days after departure in case of no damage, hidden damage or lost.
Central-heating is available at an extra-fee of GBP 70 per week if required. Weekly cleaning GBP 70.
Final cleaning GBP 70.
Prices are for 6 persons. Extra person GBP 175 per week.
