“Sunset Horizon” is located at Sunset Lakes, one of the most sought after rental communities close to Disney. People want to stay at this small, beautifully designed estate of executive homes because, not only is it just 4 miles from Disney, but it is one of the very few gated communities close to Disney.
Our beautiful home has a lovely pool overlooking the largest lake and, because we face south, you get the sun all day in the Summer and Winter.

Your holiday villa is all on one level, is fully furnished to the highest standards, fully air conditioned and offers the following:
Lounge: Spacious open plan lounge with a 3 sofas, cable TV, VCR and CD/Radio stereo system. Large patio windows overlook pool and lake.
Dining Area: Large dining table with patio window overlooking lake.
Kitchen: Adjacent to dining area the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern applicances, including Fridge/Freezer with automatic ice cubes, Microwave, cooker, coffee maker etc. House telephone here.
Utility: Separate room with large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Master Bedroom: King bed, telephone, cable TV/VCR, patio doors onto deck. Master bathroom with whirlpool bath, his and hers wash basins and vanity unit, WC, large shower cubicle and walk-in wardrobe. Hair dryer.
Double Bedroom: With Queen bed, wardrobes and close to second bathroom.
2 Twin Bedrooms: One with TV/VCR, Play station, two games and two memory cards – and close to the second bathroom.
Second Bathroom: Bath, shower, WC, 2 wash basins and two vanity units.
Private Pool - South Facing: Lovely screened pool with water fall features. Large sundeck area with uninterrupted views over the lake. Pool furniture, table and chairs.
Lanai: Outdoor covered dining area with light and fan for your comfort. Privacy hedges either side for your seclusion.
Security Alarm: The house is fitted with a Brinks security system for your peace of mind.
We have a Management Company who take care of the house and they are available should you require any help or have any queries.
The house has a “Lock Box” system to obtain your key – so no long car journey to the Management Company to pick up your house key.
Attractions and Distances
Our community is in a quiet neighbourhood set behind electronic gates, for your added security, and is situated around 2 private lakes with a private community swimming pool, cabana, toddlers play area and a gazebo.
However, we are only 3 minutes away from the local supermarkets, restaurants and amenities of the famous 192 Resort Area. Disney World Resort is only 4 miles away, about 10 mins. Sea World is 20 mins and Universal and City Walk about 25 mins.
After a hard day at the Parks you can return to our villa and relax by the pool, or take a dip, knowing you are only minutes from all the rasmatazz.

Low Season: £460 per week/$730 (Jan/Feb/Mar/Nov/Dec – excl. Xmas/Easter)
Regular Season: £500 per week/$800 (April/May/ 1 – 18 June/October)
Summer: £550 per week/$950 (18 June – 30 Sept)
High Season: £580 per week/$1,100 (Easter/Christmas/New Year)
Electric pool heating available at £100/$150 per week for the “winter” period.
