Situated in the resort of Caleta De Fuste, the house is part of a private development set around a large pool. It is in a quiet location, with all amenities close by.
Shops, bars and restaurants are all within 5 mins walk, and the new mall is just the other side of the bay, with supermarket, multiplex cinema, plus more shops and restaurants.
New PGA golf course is 5 mins drive away.
The house is arranged over two floors and looks over the large communal pool and landscaped gardens, and is furnished to a high standard. The lounge has two, two-seater settees, tv, dvd player and cd hi-fi system. A selection of cd's, dvd's and books are provided for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with full oven, hob, fridge freezer,washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, and the dining area (overlooking the patio and pool area) has a table with 4 chairs.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with private balcony, built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a full bathroom with shower, plus a cloakroom on the ground floor.
A private patio overlooks the pool, with patio table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers provided.
An iron and ironing board are also provided.
There is a private garage in the basement, accessible from inside the house should you wish to hire a car.
All towels and bedlinens are provided, except beach towels.
