Description

This recently decorated apartment has a great terrace for dining outside, and enjoying the views across the bay, this is accessable through the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic essentials, including a washing machine, and fridge freezer. The kitchen also has a small balcony. All rooms lead off the entrance hall providing privacy to all. The bath/shower room, and Toilet are separate.

This bright sunny apartment is ideal for a holiday in Nice and for exploring the cote d'azzure, and provence.

The apartment, in the west of Nice, is well placed for access to all services with excellent public transport links. It is 10 minutes taxi ride from Nice airport, and is well served by local amenities eg Cafes & Shops.

The famous promenade Des Anglais, and the beach are within an easy 10 minutes walk, and the centre of Nice and its old town, within a 30 minute walk. You can however take the bus to the centre, which goes direct from outside the apartment block.

There is also easy access to the highways taking you to Monte Carlo, St Tropez, Antibes and Cannes. (Public transport can also be taking to these resorts. The public transport system is very efficient.
