Description

"Casa Caleja" is a lovely townhouse built 2005 situated in the countryside at the foot of the Sierra Bonalba mountains yet within a few kilometers by car of the magnificant sandy beach and blue sea resorts of El Campello and San Juan, both of which are favourite holiday destinations for the Spanish as they have not become overdeveloped.

Accomodation in the house is on three floors with the ground floor enjoying a large lounge/diner, patio door access to a front terrace which overlooks the front garden and large communal pool, which has a separate shallow section for small children.

Other ground floor facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with a rear door leading to a large tiled garden with barbecue area and mountain views, and a separate bathroom with fitted shower, WC, sink and heat/light unit.

The first floor consists of two twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes, the front bedroom has access onto a front upper terrace overlooking the pool area, with the rear bedroom having uninterrupted mountain views. Also a further bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet, sink and heat/light unit.

On the lower ground floor is a third double bedroom fitted with twin beds, wardrobe and futon style sofa.

Theme parks, safari parks and water parks are a short drive away and for golfing enthusiasts the first class golf resort of Bonalba is close by and visible from the upper sun terrace.

Many excellent restauarnts are located nearby at El Campello and San Juan and, whether you want a romantic dinner for two or dining with family and/or friends, then you will find yourself spoilt for choice. The beautiful Jalon valley is a short drive away where you can see magical scenery and sample the multitude of excellent local wines on offer at the Bodega's.

The house is an excellent holiday destination for people who want the peace and tranquility of the countryside with very easy car access to shops, beaches and the many varied and local attractions offered in this idyllic area of Spain.

Oct/March/April = £275 per week
May/June/Sept = £315 per week
Jul/Aug = £370 per week

Note: Welcome pack (tea,coffee,sugar,milk,water, bread,butter,jam,eggs)can be arranged for small additional charge if required

£50 booking deposit at time of booking (non refundable in event of cancellation)+ £100 security deposit required with final payment (security deposit returned when inventory checked and keys returned).

Normal change over day - Saturday (flexible by agreement)

Vacate property by 10.30am on day of departure (may be flexible subject to time of next arrival)
