Sunshine Villa is a fantastic luxury 6 bedroom villa located on the very popular resort community of Terra Verde. It is in an excellent location only 10 minutes from Disney.
Some of the facilities Terra Verde boasts include:
Clubhouse, large pool, spa, tikki bar, children’s playground with climbing rock, beach with hammocks, fishing lake, basketball court, internet access and poolside wireless access, gym, sauna and concierge service. The resort is a fabulous setting for the vacation of a lifetime.
Sunshine villa offers luxurious and spacious accommodation - the ideal home for a dream vacation.
There are 4 master en-suite bedrooms, 1 with poster king and 3 with queen beds. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are themed twins sharing a bathroom. One is aimed at children with a Mickey & Minnie theme, the other is 'safari' themed so suitable for adults or kids in an 'Animal Kingdom' way. All are beautifully furnished and decorated by an interior designer.
We have a large fully fitted kitchen with all major appliances and an adjoining breakfast nook overlooking the pool. An adjacent family room is equipped with a large screen cable TV, DVD, VCR and Sony Playstation 2. We also have a separate formal living area and dining room at the front of the villa.
The fabulous illuminated pool(14x30') & spa and deck area are covered by a lanai screen and have an additional safety screen for children. The deck area is fully furnished with table, chairs and ample loungers plus a grill.
Full laundry facilities are in the utility room. Baby essentials including cot, high chair, stair gate, bath and stroller are all provided at no extra charge. High quality linens and towels are provided.
Finally a 'games room': Pool table, hockey, foosball, table-tennis, electronic darts and board games to occupy the young and young at heart alike. We even provide 2 sets of standard golf clubs, and accessories for the pool.
