Superbly furnished luxury air conditioned apartment,sleeps 4. Master bedroom en suite with patio doors to balcony. Large rooftop solarium. The apartment is 20 min from Murcia (San Javier) airport.50 min from Alicante.

Apartment has own private entrance. Sleeps 4 with 2 twin bedrooms. American style well equiped kitchenette. Master bedroom en suite with patio doors to private balcony.There is also a further shower and toilet for guests. TV with local channels.

Outside space
The master bedroom has patio doors which open out onto its own private balcony. In addition to the balcony,there is also a spacious private terrace. Probably the best feature of this apartment is the very spacious rooftop solarium with built in barbecue and lovely sea views.

The Complex and Area
Situated in a well maintained secure complex, the apartment has private gated parking and two large swimming pools. Miraflores 4 is in the Playa Flamenca area which is 10 mins drive south of
Torrevieja and is within 5 mins drive of a choice of lovely "Blue Flag" beaches.

There are 3 golf courses within 20 mins drive. The apartment is adjacent to resautrants and a short walk to the local shopping complex and famous Playa Flamenca Saturday street market.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your use, but not beach towels.The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

This is a non-smoking apartment

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Torrevieja town has all the leisure facilities you would wish for including wide golden beaches, 4 golf courses and 2 aqua parks & it is famous for having the largest outdoor market in Spain. It is a multi cultural town with the population being composed of about 40% Spanish, 30% British and the remainder of German and Scandinavian origin.
