Accessed via electronic gates the villa is set over two levels and has four first floor bedrooms 3 with terraces, two bathrooms a spacious lounge/ diner with sliding doors opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool, beach and sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modcons and has breakfast dining area. Off street parking for 3 / 4 cars. The pool heated only by the sun can be comfortably used from March to November.A 6 person Jacuzzi/Spa has recently been installed covered by a Gazebo). Hot /Cold Air conditioning fitted to each bedroom lounge and kitchen. Plasma TV with satellite system, music system. Plenty of Fab restaurants, clubs, bars, discos casino in the local area.**** La Zenia hotel next door with health beauty and fitness centre. La Zenia beach is popular all year round its awarded the blue flag for its cleanliness and facilities, Lots of water sports on offer, jets skis for hire, surf boards sail boats, banana boats etc.

Additional charges 85 euros for cleaning and laundry at end of stay
Air Con AND heating for jacuzzi spa are metered (pay as you go) payment is with meter cards (no coins) cards cost 20 euros each. Average usage (based on summer 2006) one card per week for aircon and one card for jacuzzi (total cost for one week 40 euros)
