Description

Located on the edge of the Los Dolses corner of the prestigious Villamartin development, Casa Sylval is the ideal spot for a serious dose of rest and relaxation. The apartment is not overlooked from any direction.

This South facing, first floor property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/diner that opens onto the first floor balcony, where there are stairs leading to the totally private rooftop solarium.

Most of the year dining is alfresco on the roof, which catches the sun all day and from where the sunset over the hills to the West can be spectacular. On the solarium there is a built in barbecue for cooking outside on those long warm Summer evenings. There is a light, so you can see what you are cooking and when you have finished your meal, there is nothing quite like sitting out late by candle light with a glass of wine, counting the stars. There is a large garden at the side of the property and a shared pool for keeping cool.

The Area

Los Dolses forms part of the Villamartin development, which is situated approx 12 km south of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. With over 300 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 18°C, the World Health Organisation rates the area as one of the healthiest on the planet. As well as the golf course, for which it is famed, facilities at Villamartin include a club house, tennis, swimming, green bowls, and horse riding.
The Los Dolses Plaza is a ten minute walk from the apartment and here you will find shops, banks, bars and restaurants to suit a variety of tastes. At twenty minutes, the Villamartin Plaza is a little further to walk, but it boasts an even greater range of amenities including a hair salon and medical centre.

There are seven blue flag beaches in the area with fine sand and safe bathing. The nearest, La Zenia, is five minutes by car. There is a restaurant behind the beach and a couple of beach bars where from 6 till 7 in the evening you can sample the cocktails for half price.

Within five minutes drive are three other fine golf courses, and less than 30 minutes away is the famous La Manga resort. These courses are kept in immaculate condition and will test even the best golfer.
There are flights from all major UK airports to Alicante and Murcia with – BA / Easyjet / Monarch / Ryanair / Flybe / EU Jet / bmibaby. Alicante is 40 minutes drive from the apartment and Murcia is 20.
