A newly built, spacious, 2 bedroomed apartment ideally situated on the ground floor 300 metres from the beach and a half hour stroll to the bustling centre of Alanya.

I guarantee you that once you visit Alanya you will not want to try anywhere else. The beautiful city still has many unspoilt features mixed with modern influxes, which makes it very endearing to all ages.

This apartment offers luxurious comfort for families and friends of all age It has a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and tv with satelite in the lounge. The apartment is geared up to sleep six and has a communal swimming pool and access to the pool in the Lavinia Hotel next door. The main balcony is accessed from the kitchen/diner and lounge with a private balcony off the master bedroom for those romantic evenings when the kids are in bed. There is a main bathroom/wc and cloakroom/wc so no problems there!

Taxi transfers can be arranged (at an additional cost) On arrival at the apartment you will be shown where things are and how to use the equipment. Bread, butter,tea,coffee and sugar will be provided along with a bottle of wine to welcome you!

The surrounding area boasts local restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Alanya Town offers entertainment for all ages from waterparks to boat trips,pubs, clubs, shops and restaurants all staying open until the early hours. If you do not feel like strolling into town you can call a taxi from any of the trees and lamp post bells - just press and wait or you can catch any one of the buses which run every 10 minutes.
