All bed linen and towels are provided and a child's cot and highchair are also supplied. Other facilities include: Satellite TV with internet facility, VCR, DVD player, hifi, 2nd TV in master bedroom, 2 telephones (direct line) with answerphone, trouser press, hair dryer tongs and radio alarms (in all bedrooms).
| There is excellent shopping. The local Southfields shops should cater for all your needs. There are 3 banks and 2 well stocked supermarkets are open from 8am to 11pm (Sundays 9.30am to 10.30pm). Neighbouring Wimbledon, Kingston and Richmond all have big department stores and several shopping malls and hypermarkets are within a few minutes bus or tube ride or drive. Always at weekends there are excellent local antique fairs, craft markets and car-boot sales.
RESTAURANTS
There are excellent local restaurants of many cuisines and take-away meals can be ordered by telephone for delivery to your door.
PUBS
A short walk to the village locals, nice traditional English pub atmosphere with good (cheap) beer and food. Other good pubs within longer walk or short drive/tube distance, many regularly host jazz, rock or folk groups.

1½ miles. One of London's great parks. Teeming with deer, popular with model boat, aircraft and kite enthusiasts. Watch a game of polo, go riding, have tea at PEMBROKE LODGE and visit the beautiful, Isabella Plantation famous for its magnificent Rhododendrons and Azaleas.
RIVER THAMES
Close by at PUTNEY (1¼ miles, 2 tube stops or short bus ride to Putney Bridge). River boats to HAMPTON COURT, RICHMOND and CHARING CROSS can be boarded from PUTNEY PIER. Delightful riverside pubs.
