This nicely decorated and very comfortable vacation home is located in Chatham Park, a newer, up market development of private villas. This one story home sleeps 8 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with full linens, towels, and hair dryer provided. Enjoy having your own private screened enclosed swimming pool. The spacious master bedroom suite has a King or Queen size bed, bath ensuite. The other bedrooms have either a queen, or a full size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen which includes all cooking utensils, with full size appliances, microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, electric coffee pot, and electric tea kettle.
Chatham Park IS A TWENTY MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE ORLANDO AIRPORT DOWN THE 417 and is located a half mile off of Route 192, and Mile Marker 13. Route 192 offers an endless choice of restaurants including Outbacks, Ruby Tuesdays, and TG Fridays. You will also find many factory outlet stores, and 'shop til you drop' in one of our fine shopping malls. For groceries and miscellaneous items, try OUR NEW WALLMART SUPERCENTER. There is always something here for the children including a McDonalds with Playland on the corner, and Old Town which offers ferris wheel rides, and go-carting.
Falcon Fire is a choice Golf Course, 10 minutes away from Chatham Park.
The golden sandy beaches on the EAst coast are about one hour, or the Gulf of Mexico beaches are only a two hour drive away
