This 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa with South facing private pool was built in 2003 and since then has benefitted from a lot of loving care and attention by the owners and private managers. The villa stands out in the area as being very well maintained and cared for.
For our guests personal comfort and convenience, and following many unpleasant experiences with Management Companies, we decided to ditch the big property management agents and we now provide ultra personal service with the help of private managers who live on site and are available 24 hours a day. We can promise our guests that they will not be disappointed with either the location or the standard of accommodation with our villa.
Description
The villa benefits from 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms. Both suites have their own walk-in wardrobes, cable T.V. and extra large shower enclosures. One Master suite has patio doors onto the pool deck, the other Master suite has direct pool access via the bathroom.
Two further bedrooms, each with twin beds, share a family bathroom with tub and overhead shower. Both bedrooms benefit from walk-in wardrobes.
The Great Room is tastefully furnished to a high standard and has large cable T.V. with DVD and video player.
A large sofa bed accommodates two extra persons.
The kitchen/dining area is open plan and seats up to 8 people. The Kitchen is fully equipped with many extra gadgets to make life easier whilst on holidays, e.g. slow cooker, large George Foreman Grill, milkshake/smoothie maker, coffee machine, plenty of cookware, flatware and silverware.
The laundry area in the garage has a very large washing machine, tumble drier, steam iron and ironing board.
For young babies and toddlers we provide the use of a high chair, travel cot and push chair at no extra cost.
Older children have the use of bicycles stored in the garage.

Bridgewater Crossing is built around a large, 45 acre deep water lake and conservation area. The site has its own large outdoor pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ and Picnic area, all overlooking the picturesque lake.
For the keen golfer, Champions Gate is within 2 minutes of Bridgewater Crossing. ChampionsGate Golf Club is home to two unique 18-hole championship golf courses designed by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman.
This beautiful resort offers an un-matched golf facility and is regarded as one of the top courses, not only in Florida, but in the United States.
