| The villa is located at Oakpoint, close to both Kissimmee and Orlando in central Florida, just 9 miles from WORLD DRIVE, the entrance to DISNEY WORLD, EPCOT CENTRE, DISNEY MGM STUDIOS and TYPHOON LAGOON. COCOA BEACH and the KENNEDY SPACE CENTRE are about one hour’s drive away, whilst the drive to TAMPA and the white sands of the GULF COAST takes about one and a half hour’s.
Oakpoint is a prestigious and quiet private residential community accessed from the CR54 and the Old Lake Wilson Road, which leads directly off Highway 192, approximately 7 miles south of its intersection with Interstate 4. Orlando International Airport and downtown Orlando are both within 40 minutes drive.
There are a number of small, good quality, family restaurants along Highway 192, all within close proximity to Oakpoint, and like most restaurants in the Orlando area, they are very inexpensive, many of them offer reduced price, or even free meals to children under the age of 10
If you require a wider variety of food, then a ride to downtown Kissimmee is a must. There you can choose from nearly 6 miles of restaurants offering Mexican, Indian, Italian, you name it.
