Our beautiful 3 bed 2 bath villa with 28 foot private pool is the perfect place to relax, lay back or go on a spine-chilling rollercoaster action holiday
Set on a quiet development in davenport it's only 3 mins from exit 55 of Interstate-4 with quick and easy access to numerous attractions, and only 15 mins drive from Disney
Lounge
The villa has a large open plan living area with cathedral vaulted ceilings and additional ceiling fan, leading directly via patio doors to the pool area.There is a large sofa bed, second sofa,cable TV, DVD, internet access and a safe.
Kitchen / Dining area
The living area leads directly to the bright modern kitchen with breakfast bar and spacious dining area The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable (see below) There is a large dining table which can be extended,to seat 8
Master bedroom
This has a queen sized bed and en suite with large walk-in shower.The bathroom also has direct access to the pool area which is great for showering after a swim, without the need to walk through the villa

This pretty twin bed has views directly over the pool
Bedroom 3
This is also a twin bedroom, with cable TV

the second bathroom is situated between the two twin beds It has a bath with shower
Pool and Deck area
The pool and deck have been extended so are larger than the average Because they are not directly overlooked at the rear they are sunny and peaceful There is a lanai for shade and also poolside furniture consiting of table, parasol, chairs, and sun loungers .
Doors leading from the villa to the pool are alarmed for your safety and peace of mind
The villa meets with all the safety requirements of Florida, is professionally cleaned between rentals, and is managed by a friendly and efficient management company locally
With its location and so many close amenities it's the only place to enjoy the real Florida!
