Benalmadena is roughly 10-15 minutes from Malaga airport.
Is one of the Costa del Sols most vibrant and attractive resorts, with over 300 sunshine days per year.
Flight time from London is just over 2 hours and 2 hours from Manchester.
Our 2 bedroom apartment is in a block of only 8 apartments and is 3 floors up from ground level (no lift). It can accommodate up to 6 people with use of a double sofabed (which can sleep 2 children).
Our apartment commands stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and Benalmadena Marina. Situated less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes from a popular hotel complex which has many facilities including a restaurant, bar and swimming pool including childrens pool. This is open 365 days a year. In the other direction Bonanza Square is less than a 8 minute walk away with shops, bars and restaurants.
Fresh bedlinen, towels (not beach towels), electricity, water & cleaning on departure are included. For stays over 2 weeks towels and bedlinen will be changed if req'd. A charge of 30 euros approx will be payable locally.
Hot/cold air conditioning throughout provided on a meter system. 1 Euro for 1 hour approx, which can be paused when not in use.
5 minutes by car from Torremolinos and Fuengirola, Benalmadena being in between the two.
10 minutes to one of the best golf courses in the area.
** Car not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance, unless of course you wish to explore the Costa del Sol. **
About the area:
Benalmadena, on the Costa del Sol, is 22 kilometres west of Malaga which can be reached by train within 30 minutes.
Benalmadena is between the popular resorts of Torremolinos and Fuengirola. It is comprised of three distinct areas - Benalmadena Pueblo, the original village in the hills, Arroyo de la Miel, a bustling town of shops and businesses, and Benalmadena Costa, the vibrant area built up along the coastline.
Benalmadena Costa boasts a beautiful beach stretching for almost 10 kilometres and what is claimed to be one of the best Marinas in the world. Here, there are over 1000 berths and 200 shops, bars, restaurants, plus a new shopping centre. The architecture has Andalucian, Arabian and Indian influences. It is an attractive place to visit both during the day and at night.
Booking Conditions:
We welcome families, couples, mature persons & golfing groups.
All bookings are on a strictly first come, first served basis.
No more than six people should reside in the apartment during the rental period.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and completed booking form, dates will not be held without these. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds, within 7 working days and confirmation of the final balance due date, which is payable 6 weeks before your departure. (Bookings made within six weeks of arrival will require full payment in advance).

A security deposit of Euro 225 or GBP 150.00, is required to cover breakages, excess cleaning and loss of keys.
The deposit is payable with the final balance. The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment, and return of the keys, being paid for. A cheque will be returned to the Lead Name on the Booking Form, within 10 days of departure from the apartment.
The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay.
Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment. Name changes maybe made if agreed with the owner prior to arrival at the apartment.
Parental supervision is strongly recommended at all times on the balcony.
Check-in/out:
Flexible arrival and departure days.
Check-in 4pm and check-out Noon, we maybe flexible on times if there are no back to back bookings, please enquire. Luggage may be left inside the apartment, if your flight arrives before 4pm.

Just returned from 2 weeks in Benalmadena. Had a great holiday, the location of the apartment was brilliant. Close to Marina, beach and Bonanza Square and only a short walk to Arroyo de miel. The apartment had all the comforts of home with a beautiful view. Lots to see and do in the area. We even took the opportunity to take a day trip to Rhonda. Children loved the mini golf and Tivoli and Paloma Park. Hope to return in the future. Only downside is the stairs to the apartment, no lift but not a major problem. Kept us fit! Aug 13

Rental Notes
Weekly prices are based on 4 persons. 5th & 6th persons £14 per person per week (Ex under 2's) Please advise at the time of Booking.

Discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more. (This discount does not apply to 5th/6th person supplements). Plus we offer an attractive discount for long winter lets, please enquire for our best price.
Letting periods which straddle two price months will be pro-rota. We ONLY charge for the days you are in residence, if your stay is for 7 nights or more.
Keys, directions and information on the apartment - Directions and information on the apartment will be posted separately, once the final balance has been paid and cleared into our UK bank account. Keys will be posted by registered mail approx 2 weeks before your holiday to an address in the UK/Ireland unless you specifically request the meet and greet service. Clients wishing to use our meet and greet service will be charged 20.00 Euros. After 7pm this will increase to 30.00 Euros, this is to cover charges for late call out. This is payable locally to our representative in Spain on arrival at the apartment.
