This newly built luxury 5-bedroom/3-bathroom two storey villa is situated on the beautiful prestigious community of Terra Verde with only a two minutes stroll to the fantastic "free to guests" clubhouse and amenities.
Unlike most other villas, the furniture in our villa has been carefully selected by us with luxurious appointments
throughout to a higher standard than normally expected of a vacation home. The decor is based on a nautical theme using calming colours that are pleasing to the eye. This ideal air-conditioned/central heated family home can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. It offers an en suite master bedroom with a 7 foot four poster bed, (all other beds upgraded in size). The family room includes a 1, 2 and 3 seated leather sofa set as well as full cable TV, DVD player with numerous
DVD's to choose from for all ages, a hi-fi system with CD player and board games for all the family. All the crockery, place mats and table linen for the formal dining room are stored in the fully equipped kitchen which has all the major appliances. The breakfast room/nook is situated at the end of the kitchen and next to the family room overlooking the pool area. It is an ideal eating area for breakfast or just a light snack. The laundry room is equipped with iron and ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer.
If you would like to try out your angling skills we have also provided fishing rods to use in the resorts stocked fishing lake. For families travelling with children we have provided pool toys, a crib, highchair, car seat free of charge and a 'fully removable' child safety fence in the pool area for your convenience. All linens and bath towels are provided for the villa.
The excellent position of the villa (south to south west) means the pool area is sunny and heated all day long. For those of you seeking shade there is a covered lanai with seating. There is an extended outdoor deck area with extra sun lounges, so plenty of space to sunbathe and re-charge whilst taking in the conservation view area. We have also added extra sliding doors to enable full supervision of the pool area from the family room. Our management agents are available 24/7 to answer any queries you may haven the clubhouse, where you can also book 'Tee Time's off' on the nearby golf courses and inquire about the shuttle service. Basically this villa has all the home comforts you could possibly need!
We, at Marlin Villa, are constantly striving to improve services to guests. To this end, we are now in a position to offer Welcome Grocery Packs and other forms of catering for guests such as frozen meals, sandwiches for lunches etc… So your shopping can be in the villa awaiting your arrival.
