The Villa is within walking distance to some restaurants, bars and close to local convenience shop, and the town of Alhourin is a 10-minute drive away passing numerous ventas, tapas bars and restaurants before entering into an oasis of Tapas bars, restaurants, banks and shops becoming alive in the evening bursting with atmosphere.
The Villa is close to the 18 hole Parkland golf course of Lauro Golf carefully levelled right at the foothills of the Sierra.
The clubhouse is a 200 year old restored 'cortijo' and has a charming Andalucian restaurant.
The villa is approached by the front terrace and lemon trees. The ground level has a beautiful lounge with an open fireplace, sat TV, video and a sony playstation. From the lounge there are French windows leading out to the extensive terrace with it's panoramic stunning views.
Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, mircowave etc. With a washing machine housed in the utility room.
