| On The Shores of Lago d' Como, Nesso is on the road from the city of Como to Bellagio, offering a postcard view of the lake. You will know you are in Italy the minute you arrive. The house is situated lakefront on a private lane of a quiet little Italian village, dating back to Roman times, close to lake attractions and Milan, with easy trips to famous Italian cities.
Villa Rosina, owned by the Famiglia Pertusini for centuries, is a perfect peaceful lakeside respite that puts you front and center on the lake looking west over the wonders of this region. The house is located off the main road via a waterfall crossed lane, down a garden staircase. Fling open the shutters once inside, walk out onto the patio….It's really a postcard view you have here on this private property that comes with a lakeside garden, small dock by the shore where you can jump into the water and short wolk to town. Villa Rosina is perched on the shore of Como where the lake activity of boats coming and going can be enjoyed from the terrace over a morning café or an evening aperitif. Nesso is within walking distance and has been a lakeside village from Roman times. It is your little step back in time. With great views, lovely gardens of cherry and chestnut trees next to the house.
Nesso, 16 km midway between Como and Bellagio, is on the Como "leg" of the lake. It is an old centre with picturesque groups of houses spread along the hilly slopes and along the shore of the lake. In Nesso you have a few restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, post office and about anything else you need for a relaxing time. Conveniently located for trips to Bellagio, Milan, Lago Maggiore, Lago d'Garda and Lugano, Switzerland is 55 km away.

Rates Include… All towels, linens, kitchen utensil, china, glassware, satellite television, some consumables (must be restocked) are included.
Rate Do Not Include… Final cleaning, cellular phone rental, gas in winter months November through February.
