| Very nicely furnished, fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom townhouse on 3 floors.
The garden is tiled and is furnished with a patio table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast!
Moving inside, the air-conditioned lounge is very comfortably furnished with two sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), coffee table, rug, plants and lamps.
The dining area contains a dining table and 4 chairs, mirror, pictures, sideboard and for your entertainment there is Satellite TV (with UK and Sky stations) and DVD as well as a CD/Radio.
Moving into the kitchen, as you would expect in a property of this standard, there is an oven, hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine as well as a good selection of pans, crockery and utensils. There is also a separate utility area leading from the kitchen which contains an iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor there is also a useful downstairs shower room, containing shower, basin and WC.
Moving upstairs to the first floor is the sleeping area. The air-conditioned master bedroom is nicely furnished and contains double bed, two bedside cabinets, lamps, rugs, pictures as well as a built in wardrobe containing hanging shelf space. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to a private balcony.
The master bedroom also has ensuite facilities including bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, basin and mirror with lights above.

Moving along the landing, bedroom three is also air-conditioned and features twin beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, rug and drawers.
The main bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, mirror and basin.
Upstairs again to the roof terrace which contains a table and 4 chairs, BBQ, 2 sunloungers, 2 deck chairs and a parasol. A perfect place for either sunbathing or enjoying a meal al fresco! With the lovely pool and gardens only a short walk, this is a great holiday property!
There are a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket within easy walking distance of this property and the lovely Carabassi beach is only a 3 minute drive away! What more could you want for that great Spanish holiday?!
