Highlands Reserve is the most sought after Sub Division in the greater Orlando/Kissimmee area in central Florida. Highlands Reserve is built around a championship Par 72 Golf Course. Yet it is only Ten Minutes from the Main Gate of Disney and its Four Theme Parks and Two Water Parks, not to mention Down Town Disney and the great Night Life. Seaworld and Universal Studios,Islands of Adventure are within 15-25 minutes drive. There is a Publix Food Store a short distance from our Villa. Kennedy Space Centrea 60 minute drive is well worth a visit. Bush Gardens in Tampa are 75 minutes drive.
3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Large Living room, fully fitted modern Kitchen and Breakfast room, Laundry room with large washing machine and tumble dryer and a 2 car garage.
Private swimming pool with ample pool furniture for you to sun bathe by your oun pool which is screened to offer you maximium comfort. There is also a covered Lanai, if you prefer to sit in the shade if the Sun is too much. Nothing can compare to sitting by the pool in the evening watching the sun set after an enjoyable day at the theme parks.
The Living room has a T.V. offering over 60 channels of sport ,films, drama, weather etc.
The Master Bedroom with king size bed, offers the greatest comfort to Mum and Dad, the ensuite bathroom both his and her sinks, large shower seperate from the bath, wc is also seperate. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size double bed and the 3rd bedroom has single twin beds.These bedrooms are seperated by a bathroom. The Villa will sleep 6
