The house would suit a large group up to 8 people who like the city and the beach and lots to do nearby. The house is in great condition with lots of lovely wood and all ammenities are supplied. You are 10 minutes from the busy Montpellier city center and only 20 mins to the beach. There are markets and restaurants nearby and bakers galore. We are in the city so there are flats and appartments nearby but being in a cul de sac it is very quiet. The owner will be available for you as he lives on the 3rd floor appartment. (We have 2 dogs but they will be with us all the time.)
