cosy, traditional fisherman’s cottage in the heart of Polruan, a pretty village on the Fowey Estuary. It is a stones throw away from the quay, small beach and village pubs. The cottage has been sensitively refurbished, retaining many original features, including a Cornish stone fireplace. The cottage is heated with storage heaters throughout. Downstairs is open plan with farmhouse style dining table, lounge and kitchen. The shaker style kitchen is furnished to a high standard and equipment includes: microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, washer-dryer (in shed). The lounge has comfortable seating for 3 around the cosy fireplace and has a stereo, TV and video. Upstairs are 1 double and 1 single bedroom both tastefully decorated and each have wash-hand basins.
