LIVING AREAS]
The front entrance leads into the main hall and lounge, there is a convenient downstairs toilet by the front door.
The main lounge is furnished to a high standard and has adequate comfortable seating where you and your family can relax and watch the large screen tv or enjoy a complementary dvd on the home theatre system that we provided for your enjoyment We have also supplied board games for your use.
Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining room, this has been tastefully decorated and can accommodate 9 in one sitting, (6 at the large main table and 3 at the breakfast bar).
[KITCHEN]
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with lots of cupboards and work top space and has been equipped with almost every appliance you will need including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle (essential for that breakfast cuppa), full size cooker, blender, large fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster, waste disposal unit.
There is also a full complement of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, including a full set of unbreakable items for al-fresco dining on the pool deck.
The main phone is located here and provides free local calls and convenient one call registration for credit card calls.
[UTILITY ROOM]
Leading off the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry room with large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, storage racking and cupboards.
Here you will also find a complementary stroller, high chair and crib.
[POOL BATH]
One great feature of this house is the pool bath, this can be found through the utility room and leads directly out onto the pool deck through a separate door. This is basically a downstairs toilet and changing room where the pool towels are stored, saves those wet bodies dripping through the house !
[BEDROOMS]
[MASTER SUITE]
The master suite is tastefully decorated and furnished with a palm theme and comprises a King Size bed, cable TV, radio alarm clock, two nightstands with lamps, a large dresser with mirror. There is a also a separate sitting area with comfortable soft chair, reading lamp and small table, ideal for escaping for a quite read.
The sitting area leads onto a very large walk-in closet where there is ample room and storage space for all your clothes and luggage. (this is also where the complementary safe is situated).
Next to the closet is the large en-suite bathroom fitted with double sink vanity unit, full double mirror, large tub bath and cubicle shower.

The queen room is bright and airy and decorated with a elegant green and white combination. Comprises queen bed, two night stands with lamps, radio alarm clock, cable TV, tall dresser, mirror, Built-in closet with plenty of room for clothes.

There are two additional bathrooms up stairs with showers, baths, sinks and vanity units.
[EXTERIOR]
The outside area has been landscaped and is regularly maintained.
The pool deck is fully screened for your comfort, (keeps those little bugs out), and is west facing which gives lovely sunshine into the evening, just what you need when relaxing after a hard day at the parks !, including complementary use of a Gas BBQ. The pool is a good sized 28 x 14 with a super spa, great for unwinding in the bubbles. The pool also has fantastic underwater multi coloured fibre optic lighting.
The deck area is equipped with luxury pool side furniture, tables, chairs and loungers.
For your safety all the doors to the pool deck are equipped with pool alarms to help reduce the risk of children entering the pool area unsupervised.
There is a large double garage so you can keep the car cool !
The house is also fully alarmed..

Windwood bay is a sort after community with a nice mix of rental and residential properties.
Champions Gate resort is only a few minutes down the road and offers 2 world class golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Gold Academy.
