The area consists of the original converted Victorian buildings with several new purpose built blocks in the same style and reflecting a quality of construction befitting the name of Harrods. The whole site is beautifully planted with trees shrubs and flowers and regularly maintained.
Although close to the bustle of central London, Harrods village has a distinct country feel. It is quiet, there is no through traffic and there is a delightful walk along the towpath of the river Thames.
