Marvellous villa situated between the old town of Pollenηa and its Port, in a very quiet area with beautiful views to the mountain.
There are two floors. On the grand-floor there is a large dining room with massive antique wooden dining table, ideal for big parties or dinners, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a complete bathroom and a wide entrance which takes access to the first floor.
On the first level there are three bedrooms; two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom all with doors to terrace overlooking pool and gardens and a full bathroom.
Outside of the house you find the covered terrace with access to a heavenly garden with variety of plants. An original shaped walk-in swimming-pool with fountain. Beside the pool a fully covered barbeque house with glass doors all around, where you can enjoy any season of the year.
