| One, two and three bed properties situated on the strip of land that separates the Med Sea from the "small sea" Mar Menor, which is the largest salt water lagoon in Europe. Its salt mineral qualities in the mud is sought after by Spanish and other Europeans alike.
The apartments are only 3 years old and are all fully equipped with all amenities including all kitchen equipment and linen and towels. The complex has a large themed pool as well as 5 restaurants nearby and a busy harbour, 2 mins in car.

Local Area Details:
5 restaurants are within easy walking distance from apartments. 2 small supermarkets are also 2 mins walk. Tomas Maestre harbour is a 20 minute stroll along beach or 2 mins in car. The strip is 18 klm's long and is full of little districts offering shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Cabo De Palos, a famous fishing village is at the start of the strip and has some fabulous fish restaurants and a sunday market popular with residents and visitors. La Manga club for golf and Spa as well as Tennis and cycling activities is 25 mins by car.

The apartments are uniquely situated on the Strip - no other strip of land exists like it in Europe. the beautiful and shallow Mar Menor is warm for much of the year and the sand is light and soft. you can walk for many klm's along the banks of the Mar Menor. Very safe for children. the Med Sea on the other side can be equally as calm and inviting but can also be wavy for fun and has lots of water sports along its shores.
About Golfing
A nine hole pitch and putt with full driving range is newly opened within 2 mins walk on the shore of the Med Sea. La Manga club is 25 mins by car. you can also book a twin centre stay and book a week in the new Polaris World Golf Resort, near Los Alcazares.
About Children Activities
The banks for the Mar Menor are set up with inflatables in the water and pedaloes, canoes etc for children and adult entertainment in the high season.
About Local Restaurants
Restaurants surround the apartments. Pizzeria, traditional tapas, Spanish and english dishes all worth a visit.
About History
Murcia and Cartagena are 1hr and 25 minutes respectively from the apartments. They are both of historical interest and make a good trip out for adults and children.

There are many shops and restaurants along the strip itself. If you are looking for the latest shopping trends try Murcia city - very cosmopolitan as well as Cartagena with its shopping precinct.
