These two privately owned studio apartments at the Mareverde complex are of equal standard and have an interconnecting door which can only be unlocked by our keyholder. If you are looking for a larger apartment or you are holidaying with friends maybe you would consider booking the two studios together. This allows for privacy from the rest of your party or peace and quiet from those teenagers who aren't quite old enough to go it alone, yet want to feel independent. The refurbishment of these studios/apartments in November 2004 means that they are in excellent condition throughout. The furnishings are of a good standard, including a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, which makes ideal sleeping room for another adult or two younger children.
Each has a shower room with an automatic washing machine plumbed in, toilet, bidet and hand basin. Towels and bedlinen will be provided for use in the apartment.
The main room has a brand new kitchen area with fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave, and toaster. The drop down table will provide a comfortable eating area. Of course all the standard utensils will be there, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
The main living area is light and airy having direct access to the balcony. There is T.V. but not satellite linked yet. Bring your own C.D.'s and use the studio player.
