The Kitchen/Breakfast diner is fully equipped including a breakfast bar and informal dining table with 4 chairs. The spacious custom built kitchen comprises of a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, waste disposal unit and all the modern utensils you would expect to find in your own home. This kitchen is complimented with a full utility room furnished with larger sized washing machine and tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Poolside furniture is provided for you to laze away under the glorious Florida sunshine, whilst taking in all of the amazing wildlife, which frequents the lake. The fully screened pool deck area allows you to avoid the bugs and relax in comfort and unlike a lot of property's the pool is blessed with having the sun on it all day. When the Florida sun gets too much you can retire to the shaded patio area. There is a second access to the pool area via the Master bedroom. All access to the pool area is fitted with child alarms for their safety and your peace of mind.
